PCA Bridges
PCA needed a campaign to include the specification of concrete as a building material for bridges in federal legislation appropriating funding for repairing America’s infrastructure. Both print and digital tactics successfully influenced members of the House and the Senate to pass legislation to support this initiative.
When the first building in Washington D.C. certified LEED for New Construction became the new home of the Portland Cement Association Washington office, it was the perfect opportunity to leverage PCA's key message of sustainability.
